The protection of delicate electrical or vulnerable products, particularly when

shipped to areas with hostile climatic conditions or when long term storage is

anticipated, is also a key issue. Cruiseway will design cases specifically for these

environments. With the introduction of vacuum sealed barrier foils, cushioning and

desiccation, your products can now arrive in precisely the same condition as they were

in when they left you.

The items below are being 'barrier foiled' you can see the procedure from the pictures,they are fully enclosed by special heat sealed foil bags the air is then vacuumed out, which will leave a watertight hermetically sealed package.

These cases will then be suitable for example a long sea freight journey, and if needed possible long term storage upon arrival.

Here we have barrier foil packed cases near completion, you can see the electrical

panel above has had all the air vacuumed out, this picture shows quite clearly that the

unit is totally sealed within the bag, it has been packed with desiccant to absorb anymoisture that may be contained within.
